Richard D. Estrada

Bio

In 2017, Richard founded Statewide Renewable, LLC with the intention of delivering high-quality solar energy solutions exclusively to commercial and industrial clients. By focusing on performance-driven development, practical design, and long-term operational reliability, this approach was met with considerable success.

Richard brings a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset to every project, emphasizing early feasibility, utility coordination, and systems that operate as promised. His work is rooted in building durable solar assets that provide measurable value, reliable uptime, and long-term returns for clients.

Under his leadership, Statewide Renewable has earned a reputation for thoroughness, hard work, and a commitment to doing solar the right way—from concept through operations.

Prior to starting Statewide Renewable, Richard had been with Circular Energy since December of 2010. He helped to sell, develop and manage over $15,000,000 in solar projects in Texas alone. Richard helped multiple cities develop their solar programs and solar incentives.

Prior to joining Circular, Richard worked in the home construction field. His time there was spent in sales and development of multiple communities.

Richard was born in North Africa and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended the University of Dallas while studying Economics.

Since 2018, Richard and his family have lived in Northern Colorado.

Tomas Yuma

Bio

In October of 2017, Tomas decided to join his long-time colleague, Richard Estrada in starting up a solar company dedicated to one focus, delivering low cost solar energy to commercial/industrial clients.

Mr. Yuma had been with Circular Energy since 2011. He oversaw the construction of all solar projects, adding up to approximately 30 Megawatts of installed power. Before the company changed its focus to only commercial projects, Mr. Yuma was also responsible of coordinating all installations resulting from the partnership Circular Energy had with NRG Residential Solar all across Texas.

Prior to joining Circular, Tomas worked 7 years in the construction field. As the owner of his own business he focused in the development of multiple construction projects. His areas of expertise are: project management, procurement, construction and permitting.
